Adenoma glomerular

Adenoma glomerular layer are the cause of primary aldosteronism (Conn syndrome), to the classic manifestations of which include hypertension, hypernatremia, and alkoloz. In patients with primary aldosteronizmom not revealed an excess of glucocorticoid hormones in the blood and decreased levels of renin and angiotensin II.

When renal artery stenosis, accompanied by a decrease in perfusion pressure may occur hyperplasia and hyperfunction of juxtaglomerular cells, which leads to increased production of renin and angiotensin II. Ultimately, while developing secondary aldosteronizm, which differs from the primary form of a higher level of renin and angiotensin II.
